We have a large contingent of Scouts that have either just finished, or are currently working on their Eagle rank.  This means that there are going to be a lot of Eagle Projects(and service hours) as well as Eagle Courts of Honor happening over the next several months.  Please continue to support all these Scouts by helping with their projects, and celebrating with them at their Court of Honor.

Fort Carson Camp Out

Posted on Apr 15 2019 - 7:34am

The Fort Carson camp out was a big success! We had 22 scouts and 14 adults in attendance.

The troop started off at the base horse ranch with Daniel and Michelle Johns leading a group of voluteer soldiers. Sgt Butterfield, Sgt Anderson, and Sgt Brown were 3 of those that worked with us, teaching all about horses and their mission at the army base. By the end of the weekend, the scouts had earned their Horsemanship merit badges. Daniel and Michelle we kind enough to take us on a carriage ride on Sunday morning to send us off.
